AT HOME YOGA TEMECULA

In these flows, the focus is on riding the waves of pregnancy with both stability and adaptability, cultivating strength and flexibility while building trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

THEMED PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES IN MARCH

March 1st
Rites of Passage

This opening class acts as an initiation and creates space to arrive fully in the transition. Grounding movement and breath support safety, steadiness, and being witnessed as you move through pregnancy.

March 8th
Discernment

Learning to listen and choose. This class focuses on decision making, boundaries, and inner clarity. Practices support strengthening inner authority and quieting external voices so choices can come from the body, not pressure.

March 15th
Intuition

Deepening trust in what the body already knows. Slow, fluid movement and sensory awareness support connection to instinct, internal guidance, and embodied wisdom as pregnancy unfolds.

March 22nd
The Labyrinth

This closing class honors pregnancy as a winding path rather than a linear one. Circular movement, steady pacing, and moments of stillness invite trust in the process, even when the way forward is not fully visible.

KRISTEN RUD

Kristen Rud has been part of the Home Yoga community since completing her 200-hour training in 2017, and has been teaching there ever since.

Her teaching style weaves together expansion and contraction, pairing heat-building flows with restorative moments to explore both effort and ease. Her classes are shaped by the rhythms of the seasons and a belief that sustainable wellbeing comes from honoring nature's cycles rather than pushing past them.

With a background in human development and midwifery, Kristen brings a deep understanding of the nervous system and women’s bodies into her teaching. She has attended over 75 births, experience that meaningfully informs her practice and offerings. Off the mat, Kristen is the founder of MM Women’s Wellness and the author of The Wheel of the Woman: an Almanac for Women's Wellbeing.
