Our Simple Three-Pillar Approach to Wellbeing

Writer: Kristen RudKristen Rud

At MM Women's Wellness, we believe wellness isn’t a solo journey—it’s a way of life woven through our connection to nature, community, and our own bodies. Our approach is built on three core pillars:

1. Seasonal Living: Aligning with Nature’s Rhythms

Nature moves in cycles, and so do we. When we honor the changing seasons, we create space to listen, slow down, and nourish ourselves in ways that feel natural and sustainable. The Wheel of the Woman: An Almanac for Women’s Wellbeing makes this philosophy accessible, offering guidance on how to align your lifestyle with the rhythms of the earth.

2. Community-Centered Healing: Growing Stronger Together

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—we need each other. That’s why we foster a village mentality, where women come together to share wisdom, support, and stories. Whether you’re building deep foundations at Spiritual Summer Camp or connecting through the creative expressions in MM Publication, you’re part of a collective movement of healing and empowerment.

3. Movement is Medicine: Reconnecting with the Body

True wellness happens when we step out of our heads and into our bodies. Mermaid Movement, our signature movement medicine modality, invites you to move intuitively, release tension, and reclaim the joy of embodiment. Because when we move, we heal.

These pillars are more than a philosophy—they’re a way of living in flow with the world around us. Embrace wellness that is cyclical, communal, and embodied.
