Ever heard of the psoas muscle? It's a 16 inch long muscle that connects the spine to the legs. Liz Koch states that this muscle is 'the keystone of a balanced, well-organized body.' In this 75 minute class, we focus on lengthening and relaxing the psoas muscle with our movements and breath. Join in for free, whenever you want!
