Yoga for the Psoas Muscle

Writer's picture: Kristen RudKristen Rud

Ever heard of the psoas muscle? It's a 16 inch long muscle that connects the spine to the legs. Liz Koch states that this muscle is 'the keystone of a balanced, well-organized body.'

In this 75 minute class, we focus on lengthening and relaxing the psoas muscle with our movements and breath. Join in for free, whenever you want! (Anyone will be able to benefit from this class- no yoga experience required.)

For more information about the psoas muscle, I highly suggest Liz Koch's work. Dive in by clicking here.

Flow with me throughout the week! My public yoga classes are streamed virtually- so you can join from anywhere.
