A Packing List for Your Inner Child
We’ve already shared a detailed packing list for camp. If you missed it, you can find it at the bottom of the FAQ page.
This one is for her. Your Inner Child.
Because we want her to feel included, too.
This year’s camp is designed with your Inner Child in mind. We’re not here to fix her, heal her, or change her.
This is where she gets to shine.
All that inner work you’ve been doing…this is where you get to celebrate it.
So what does that actually look like at camp?
Here are three hints to help you pack + a bonus, for you and for her:
Sacred Space: Make your space feel like a little world she wants to land in. Maybe that looks like battery-operated string lights draped across your bunk. A colorful comforter that feels playful and soft. Or a tiny treasure chest turned traveling altar. Even just one or two special touches can help her settle in.

Inner Child Oracle Project:
This year’s art project is devoted to your Inner Child.

Bring a photo of you as a child, or one that represents her. Choose something you won’t mind cutting, gluing, or transforming. If you feel called, bring extras: Stickers, scrapbook paper, old magazines, little bits that feel like you. We will have plenty of shared supplies too. There is something special about bringing your own magic.
Goddess Night Outfit: Let your Inner Child choose your goddess look this year.
Who did she love to pretend to be? Ariel, Gwen Stefani, Sailor Moon, Britney Spears…
Let her choose. Let it be playful. Dramatic. A little over the top.
A Photo with Your Favorite Stuffie: If you still have a beloved stuffed animal or doll, bring them. And if you don’t, a representation works just as beautifully.
You’re invited to take a photo together in your goddess outfit. A little moment where past and present get to meet. The kind that makes your Inner Child heart squeal.

I cannot wait to meet your inner child, to watch her take up space, laugh louder, and play more.
Xo, MM
